After 2 weeks of NBA action, let's check out where each team stack out against the rest of the league.
Five games into the season does not indicate on how each team will perform throughout the season. There are teams that are just starting to get to know the new players or coaches. Some are learning the new systems implemented by the coaching staff. While some are still trying to shake off the rust of having to have rested so long during the lockout. But, for us ordinary NBA fans, seeing our team on top of the standings gives us something to be excited about.
Most NBA experts predict that this season will be a Miami-Oklahoman finals, and judging from how they have performed so far, it looks like we may get to see them come June.
It's not so great however for some contenders. The Dallas Mavericks, LA Lakers and Boston Celtics are a combined 6-10 to start the season. What is shocking is that the defending champions Mavs are at the bottom of the West standings.
We don't know how each team will perform after this week but what's sure is that this will be an interesting season.
